Edit Me

Well, I definitely took advantage of the couple of days sunshine we had this week and whipped out this wonderful sheer maxi skirt, kindly sent to me by Glamorous, quicker than you can say 'good morning Mr Sunshine'!! It comes up ankle grazer length, which is perfect for me, as I often have to have maxi dresses/skirts taken up (baring in mind I am wearing high waisted). Its so flowy, and the elasticated waist band makes it very comfortable on a hot day. I love the colour too, its so bold and eye catching, I'm sure this skirt will be coming into regular rotation during the summer!

I teamed the skirt with a simple white vest top from H&M, as I felt the skirt made enough of a statement by itself. Along with this, a tan woven belt from Primark, which was only a couple of pounds, to create a slimmer looking waist, and my favourite collar necklace from Primark, which was £3 if I remember correctly!

I just wore this outfit whilst on a stroll about the shops with my boyfriend, making the most of the sunshine and free time in Coventry before we move this weekend. I'm struggling to come to terms with having to move out of the flat I share with Jack and go back home, its not my idea of fun if I'm honest. Its been a bit of an emotional week, saying goodbye to some very good friends and Coventry. It may not be the prettiest of cities, but being here at university has changed my life, and I'll never forget it!

Anyway, I'll stop before I get emotional again!! Just wanted to pop a quick thank you to the lovely Huda who awarded me the Laine Blogger award! Thank you sweet, glad you're enjoying my blog!

It must be really hard to move! My other half has just moved to cambridge (which is 5 hours from where I live) for a new job. I want to move as soon as I can but that's likely to be in a 10-12 months, im dreading leaving my family and friends :( Good luck!

    3. Well hopefully when we've both found full time work we'll be able to move in together soon after. The plan is the move where ever is the most convenient for us both work wise! Its gonna be a nightmare living with family again!

    4. Ahh, yeah this is the worst stage I find, when you both have to follow you careers/get good jobs and then comes the being together part. My friend and her partner are both looking for jobs which could take them even countries apart. :(

I suppose living with them could inspire you to work hard to get a job haha :p
thanks for the follow! <3 so much!
